Paragon Implant Company (“Paragon”), a leading innovator in the implant manufacturing industry, is thrilled to announce that Sean Lindsay is joining Paragon as a Regional Business Development Director focused on Utah and Idaho.

Sean graduated from Weber State University earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Sales. He started his career in the dental industry and has specialized in dental implant sales since 2006. Working with Dr. Gerald Niznick’s former company, Implant Direct, for 10 years. During the past 20 years, he has gained extensive knowledge about surgical and restorative implant procedures with particular interest in full arch and digital workflows. He enjoys his role in the implant industry, acting as a resource to dental practices that are improving the quality of their patients’ lives. He is excited about joining the Paragon team and helping launch Dr. Niznick’s innovative and bold line of Next Generation implants. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies of wakesurfing, pickleball and golf.

Founded in 2022 by Gerald Niznick, DMD, MSD, Paragon has its manufacturing facilities headquartered in Calabasas, CA, and its distribution and education center in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Niznick has a 40+ year history of developing high-quality, cost-effective dental implant solutions, including systems being sold by ZimVie and Implant Direct. Dr. Niznick has been issued 35 US patents on his inventions relating to dental implants. His new implant designs are a combination of his prior successful designs, published research and new features related to 2 newly issued patents and 3 pending patents.
