Paragon Implant Company (“Paragon”), a leading innovator in the industry, is thrilled to announce that Mark Adams, DDS, MS will be collaborating with the team as the Director of Implant Education. Dr. Adams brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will further strengthen Paragon’s mission to deliver exceptional dental implant solutions.

Founded in 2022 by Gerald Niznick, DMD, MSD, Paragon has its manufacturing facilities headquartered in Calabasas, CA, and its distribution and education center in Las Vegas, NV.  Dr. Niznick has a 40+ year history of developing high-quality, cost-effective dental implant solutions, including systems being sold by ZimVie and Implant Direct. Dr. Niznick has been issued 34 US patents on his inventions relating to dental implants.  His new implant designs are a combination of his prior successful designs, published research and new features related to 1 newly issued patent and 3 pending patents.

With over 40 years of experience in the dental industry, Dr. Adams has earned recognition as a trusted expert and advocate for advancing oral health. He was the creator of the Peer Practicum Dental Implant education program for Zimmer Dental, one of the most successful and impactful dental education programs in dentistry. Perhaps most notably, Dr Adams was the founding Prosthodontist of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, a pioneer in the dental implant industry and the first to scale the “All-On-Four” approach, centered completely on the patient experience. During Dr. Adams’ tenure, ClearChoice grew to over 80 Centers throughout the US and was the single largest user of dental implants in the nation. In his position as Chief Clinical Officer, Dr Adams led the onboarding and training of hundreds of Prosthodontists and Oral Surgeons within the ClearChoice network. He has been published in numerous dental journals and has lectured extensively throughout the US.  After retiring from ClearChoice in 2022, Dr. Adams continued to foster his passion for serving those in need of dental care as the Chair of the Colorado Dental Board.

Given that Dr. Adams completed his first post-graduate dental implant continuing education course with Dr Niznick in 1983, it seems only appropriate that the two of them combine in their efforts to provide high-quality, cost-effective dental implant education to the next generation of dentists. Their combined leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping Paragon’s vision for the future.
