Redefining DSO = Dental Savings Organization!
Dear Colleagues,
Corporate-owned dental offices, known as Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), have the buying power to negotiate very deep discounts from any of the popular dental implant companies. I believe independent practices should have access to that same kind of value. Paragon is committed to leveling the playing field by continuing my 44-year tradition of offering everyday low prices on the industry’s highest quality, most innovative dental implant systems.
That’s why I’ve created The Dental Savings Organization (“DSO”)
The concept is simple: bring the purchasing power and savings traditionally associated with large corporate-owned entities to private practice dental offices.
Paragon offers Made-in-America implant systems compatible with major implant brands, designed to simplify procedures and reduce both inventory and complications. It’s about creating more value without sacrificing quality, innovation, or choice.
This is especially true with my newest implant system TriActive™, which is surgically and prosthetically compatible with the NobelActive®, with All-On-1 packaging. TriActive received FDA clearance on September 19th, and I am very excited to share more details below and at upcoming events throughout the country.
I invite you to learn more about what Paragon could mean for your practice.
Sincerely,
Gerald Niznick, DMD, MSD
New Product Launch
Introducing TriActive
We are excited to introduce TriActive, a new implant system engineered to be surgically and prosthetically compatible with NobelActive while incorporating 12 distinct implant design improvements.
TriActive features:
- A 2mm machined, anodized neck designed to reduce biofilm accumulation, with depth gauge lines to provide vertical flexibility
Bi-directional cutting grooves to facilitate full insertion in dense bone
Flat-based, progressively deeper threads for improved load distribution
- A straight-neck to seal crestal bone and improve both strength and initial stability
The TriActive system utilizes the 3.4mmD Regular Platform (RP) across its four widest diameters in contrast to NobelActive’s weaker 3.0mm Narrow Platform (NP) in its new S-series implants.
TriActive’s All-On-1 packaging includes a cover screw and a two-piece, friction-fit healing collar which also functions as the trans-mucosal component with a variety of abutments. The TriActive system also offers a full range of implant-level abutments with compatibility to Nobel Biocare’s Conical Connection implants at significant cost savings.
A TriActive implant using the 2mm healing collar with a multi-unit abutment costs just $235, compared to $1,048 for the equivalent NobelActive components—a savings of $813 per unit. A practice performing one full-arch case weekly using six implants for a year could save over $170,000 with TriActive, assuming a 25% discount from Nobel Biocare.
