Gerald Niznick, DMD, MSD
Gerald A. Niznick, DMD, MSD, is a pioneering figure in dental implantology, both in implant development and education. He was referred to as the “godfather of American implant dentistry” by Barron’s Magazine. Over his 43-year career in the dental implant industry, he founded four dental implant companies and developed numerous innovative implant systems like the Tapered Screw-Vent implant, Zimvie’s flagship product and Implant Direct’s Legacy® implant system. He has been awarded 35 U.S. patents, received two honorary doctorate degrees and received numerous awards from dental organizations for his contributions to implant education, research and design. In 2018, his Alma Mater, the University of Manitoba Dental School, was renamed the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry.
JB White, DDS
Dr. White attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, receiving his DDS degree in 2007. After dental school, he relocated to Las Vegas and started a scratch startup and has been a full-time solo practitioner for eighteen years. Since 2015, Dr. White has taught clinical, technical and management courses worldwide to dentists, dental technicians, and their teams. He maintains a commercial dental laboratory specializing in highly esthetic restorations and patient-dentist-technician communication. He founded White Institute in 2021, an intimate digital education center, dedicated to helping other dentists reignite their love for dentistry.
